Dil, din, k\u00fclt\u00fcr fark etmeksizin insanlar\u0131n duygular\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti\u011fi en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ara\u00e7lardan biridir.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fczik; sevgi, \u00f6zlem, sevin\u00e7 ve ac\u0131 gibi duygular\u0131 \u00e7eviriye gerek kalmadan herkese anlatabilir. Bu da m\u00fczi\u011fin insana dair en temel ileti\u015fim bi\u00e7imlerinden biri oldu\u011funu ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Anadolu\u2019da ise bu evrensel dilin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc temsilcilerinden biri hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz K\u0131r\u015fehir\u2019dir. Bozk\u0131r\u0131n ortas\u0131nda y\u00fckselen bu ses, sadece bir t\u00fcrk\u00fc de\u011fil; bir halk\u0131n hik\u00e2yesidir. K\u0131r\u015fehir, \u00f6zellikle T\u00fcrk halk m\u00fczi\u011finin en \u00f6zg\u00fcn formlar\u0131ndan biri olan bozlak gelene\u011fiyle an\u0131l\u0131r. Bu m\u00fczik t\u00fcr\u00fc, ac\u0131y\u0131, gurbeti, m\u00fccadeleyi en yal\u0131n ve en etkili h\u00e2liyle dile getirir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131r\u015fehir denince akla gelen ilk isimlerden biri olan Ne\u015fet Erta\u015f, bu gelene\u011fin hem miras\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 hem de ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. \u201cHalk\u0131n sanat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 de\u011fil, halk\u0131n kendisiyim.\u201d diyen b\u00fcy\u00fck usta, yaln\u0131zca K\u0131r\u015fehir\u2019in de\u011fil, t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin g\u00f6nl\u00fcnde taht kurmu\u015ftur. Babas\u0131 Muharrem Erta\u015f, \u00c7eki\u00e7 Ali, Hac\u0131 Ta\u015fan gibi isimler bozlak gelene\u011finin mihenk ta\u015flar\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca A\u015f\u0131k Sait, \u015eemsi Yast\u0131man ve \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn son on be\u015f y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 Kaman\u2019da ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi bilinen Dadalo\u011flu gibi isimler t\u00fcrk\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7a\u011flayan p\u0131nar\u0131 olmu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131r\u015fehir\u2019in m\u00fczik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, bireysel ustal\u0131klar\u0131n \u00f6tesinde bir ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imidir. Ozanl\u0131k gelene\u011fi, ku\u015faktan ku\u015fa\u011fa aktar\u0131larak halk\u0131n diliyle, saz\u0131n teliyle hayat bulmu\u015ftur. D\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnlerde, bayramlarda, yani hayat\u0131n her an\u0131nda m\u00fczik, K\u0131r\u015fehir halk\u0131n\u0131n en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc anlat\u0131m yoludur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras, Ekim 2019 tarihinde uluslararas\u0131 bir unvanla ta\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. K\u0131r\u015fehir, UNESCO Yarat\u0131c\u0131 \u015eehirler A\u011f\u0131\u2019na \u201cM\u00fczik \u015eehri\u201d olarak kabul edildi. K\u0131r\u015fehir, bu ba\u015far\u0131yla sadece yerel bir de\u011feri de\u011fil, evrensel bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131 d\u00fcnyaya ta\u015f\u0131ma sorumlulu\u011funu da \u00fcstlendi.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn K\u0131r\u015fehir\u2019in saz\u0131 sadece Anadolu\u2019da de\u011fil, t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada yank\u0131lan\u0131yor. Bu m\u00fczik, ge\u00e7mi\u015fin sesi olman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde, gelece\u011fe de yol g\u00f6steren bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nK\u0131r\u015fehir\u2019in m\u00fczi\u011fi; sazla s\u00f6ylenen bir tarih, t\u00fcrk\u00fcyle anlat\u0131lan bir kimliktir. Ve bu kimlik, Abdallar\u0131n saz\u0131 ve s\u00f6z\u00fcyle evrensel m\u00fczik dilinin Anadolu\u2019daki en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ifadelerinden birisi olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131r\u015fehir ve civar\u0131nda ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrkmen Abdallar\u0131n nereden ve ne zaman bu b\u00f6lgeye geldikleri konusunda kesin bir bilgi yoktur. Benim bilgi da\u011f\u0131rc\u0131\u011f\u0131mda iki bilgi mevcut. Birincisi Atat\u00fcrk K\u00fclt\u00fcr, Dil ve Tarih Y\u00fcksek Kurumu eski Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Sad\u0131k Tural hocaya ait. Sad\u0131k Tural Hoca, K\u0131r\u0131kkaleli ve Kazakistan ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere T\u00fcrk Cumhuriyetlerinde \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapm\u0131\u015f; T\u00fcrk d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda edebiyat biliminin zenginle\u015fmesine hizmetlerinden dolay\u0131 \u201cKazakistan Devlet \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc\u201dne ve \u201cAkademiker K\u00fclt\u00fcr Profes\u00f6r\u00fc\u201d unvan\u0131na, Cengiz Aytmatov Akademisi ve T\u00fcrkmenistan Bilimler Akademisi \u00fcyeli\u011fine lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f bir isimdir. K\u0131r\u015fehir Valili\u011fi olarak, Abdallar\u0131 konu alan bir eser haz\u0131rlatmak i\u00e7in ara\u015ft\u0131rma yaparken, d\u00f6nemin de\u011ferli valisi, k\u00fclt\u00fcr insan\u0131 Say\u0131n M. L\u00fctfullah Bilgin\u2019in i\u015faretiyle Sad\u0131k Tural hocam\u0131 AKDTYK\u2019ndaki makam\u0131nda ziyaret ettim. Hocam, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmede; \u201cBizdeki bozlak k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn T\u00fcrk d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle Kazakistan\u2019da ya\u015fat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda T\u00fcrkmen Abdallar\u0131n 1800\u2019lerin ortas\u0131na do\u011fru K\u0131r\u015fehir, K\u0131r\u0131kkale gibi illerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Anadolu\u2019ya geldikleri sonucuna ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u201d ifade etmi\u015fti. Hatta Kazakistan\u2019da \u015fehir ve k\u00f6y isimleri de vererek bu b\u00f6lgeye gidilmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015fti. Bir toplant\u0131da bu bilgiyi a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131mda, d\u00f6nemin Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Halim \u00c7ak\u0131r bu konuda yap\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00fcstlendi. Hatta Belediye Meclisi\u2019nden d\u00f6nemin Belediye Bas\u0131n-Yay\u0131n M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Adnan Y\u0131lmaz ile bozlak ustas\u0131 Ayd\u0131n \u00c7eki\u00e7\u2019in Kazakistan\u2019a g\u00f6nderilmesi i\u00e7in karar \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131ld\u0131 ama gezi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131lamad\u0131. Daha sonra Adnan Y\u0131lmaz\u2019\u0131n bu konudaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, Belediye Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yay\u0131n\u0131 olarak bas\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci kaynak ise de\u011ferli tarih\u00e7i Prof. Dr. \u0130lhan \u015eahin\u2019e ait. \u0130lhan Hocam\u0131n okudu\u011fum bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda; \u00f6zellikle Toklumen ve civar\u0131ndaki k\u00f6yler \u00fczerine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda, Osmanl\u0131 Temett\u00fc defterlerinde 1800\u2019l\u00fc y\u0131llar\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda bu b\u00f6lgede hane say\u0131s\u0131nda art\u0131\u015flar g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte ve hanelerin kazan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n da bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu hane art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 b\u00f6lgeye yerle\u015fen Abdallardan kaynaklanm\u0131\u015f olabilece\u011fine dair izler ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r, mealinde tespiti bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu bilgi \u00fczerine, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 yapan, \u015fu anda \u0130stanbul Teknik \u00dcniversitesi T\u00fcrk Musikisi Devlet Konservatuvar\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Nilg\u00fcn Do\u011frus\u00f6z hocam\u0131zla irtibat kurdum. Okuduklar\u0131m ve Nilg\u00fcn Hoca\u2019n\u0131n bilgi payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 beni olduk\u00e7a etkiledi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Nilg\u00fcn Hoca, Anadolu\u2019da yaz\u0131lan ilk T\u00fcrk\u00e7e eser olan A\u015f\u0131kpa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n Garipname\u2019si gibi, Anadolu\u2019daki ilk m\u00fczik teorisi eserinin de 1411\u2019de Yusuf K\u0131r\u015fehri taraf\u0131ndan yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyordu. Konuyu valimize iletti\u011fimde olumlu kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n bas\u0131m\u0131na karar verdik.<\/p>\n<p>Telifsiz olarak kitab\u0131n bas\u0131m yetkisini K\u0131r\u015fehir Valili\u011fi ad\u0131na ald\u0131k ve Valili\u011fimizin 36. K\u00fclt\u00fcr hizmeti olarak 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda kitab\u0131n bas\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik.<br \/>\nNilg\u00fcn Hocam\u0131z\u0131 K\u0131r\u015fehir\u2019e davet edip d\u00fczenleyece\u011fimiz bir konferansla kamuoyuna tan\u0131t\u0131m yapmay\u0131 planlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131k ama nasip olmad\u0131. Daha sonra 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda Nilg\u00fcn Hocam\u0131z, Ahilik Haftas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda K\u0131r\u015fehir\u2019e gelerek Kitap Fuar\u0131\u2019nda \u0130mza G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019ne kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bundan sonras\u0131n\u0131, hocam\u0131z\u0131n kitab\u0131ndaki bilgileri \u00f6zetleyerek sizlere aktarmak istiyorum:<br \/>\n\u201c\u202613. yy\u2019dan itibaren Edvar olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan m\u00fczik teorisi eseri, Anadolu\u2019da ilk kez 1411 y\u0131l\u0131nda Fars\u00e7a olarak Yusuf K\u0131r\u015fehri taraf\u0131ndan yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu eserin nerede oldu\u011fu bilinmemektedir. Bu eser, 1469 y\u0131l\u0131nda Hariri bin Muhammed taraf\u0131ndan T\u00fcrk\u00e7eye \u00e7evrilmi\u015ftir. Paris Biblioth\u00e8que Nationale\u2019de \u015eark Yazmalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda bulunan eser, K\u0131r\u015fehri\u2019nin orijinal n\u00fcshas\u0131ndan (1411) yar\u0131m as\u0131r sonra, Mart 1469 y\u0131l\u0131nda Hariri bin Muhammed taraf\u0131ndan T\u00fcrk\u00e7eye \u00e7evrilmi\u015f n\u00fcshas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu n\u00fcshada eserin as\u0131l yazar\u0131n\u0131n Nizameddin\u2019in o\u011flu Yusuf K\u0131r\u015fehri oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtilmektedir. M\u00fczik teorisi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan K\u0131r\u015fehri Edvar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Anadolu Edvarlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ilk yaz\u0131lan eser oldu\u011fu kabul edilmektedir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca Yusuf K\u0131r\u015fehri\u2019nin bu eseri, hem klasik musiki gelene\u011fini hem de K\u0131r\u015fehir\u2019in k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131mak isteyenler i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir kaynak olarak de\u011ferlendirilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu bilgiler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda K\u0131r\u015fehir\u2019de m\u00fczik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn 15. y\u00fczy\u0131lda, yani 1400\u2019l\u00fc y\u0131llarda zirvede oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle UNESCO M\u00fczik \u015eehri programlar\u0131nda mutlaka Yusuf K\u0131r\u015fehri ve onun M\u00fczik Teorisi eseri de tan\u0131t\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.
