Bu sistemlerden biri vard\u0131r ki, y\u00fczy\u0131llar \u00f6nce filizlenmi\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, bug\u00fcn h\u00e2l\u00e2 sosyal adalet, mesleki etik ve toplumsal dayan\u0131\u015fma denince akla ilk gelen modellerdendir: Ahilik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ahilik, 13. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Anadolu\u2019da ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan, esnaf ve zanaatk\u00e2rlar\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctleyen, onlar\u0131 sadece ekonomik de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda ahlaki, dini ve toplumsal a\u00e7\u0131dan da e\u011fiten bir te\u015fkilatt\u0131r. Ahili\u011fin kurucusu kabul edilen Ahi Evran, bu yap\u0131y\u0131 Horasan erenlerinin, T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerinin ve tasavvuf gelene\u011finin bir sentezi olarak in\u015fa etmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00f6keni Arap\u00e7a karde\u015fim kelimesine dayanan Ahilik, esasen \u201ckarde\u015flik\u201d anlam\u0131na gelir. Ancak burada s\u00f6z konusu olan karde\u015flik, yaln\u0131zca soy ba\u011f\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda meslekta\u015fl\u0131k, mahalle arkada\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve insanl\u0131k ba\u011f\u0131yla \u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f bir manevi karde\u015fliktir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ahilik sistemi bir meslek \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc olman\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6tesindedir. \u0130\u00e7inde \u201custal\u0131k, kalfal\u0131k, \u00e7\u0131rakl\u0131k\u201d gibi mesleki hiyerar\u015fileri bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131rken, bireyin ahlaki ve dini olgunlu\u011funu da g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurur. Bir kimse, yaln\u0131zca i\u015finde iyi oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in de\u011fil, d\u00fcr\u00fcst, adil, sab\u0131rl\u0131 ve payla\u015f\u0131mc\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in de sayg\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Her esnaf\u0131n bir \u201cpiri\u201d, her mesle\u011fin bir \u201cf\u00fct\u00fcvvetnamesi\u201d (ahlak anayasas\u0131) vard\u0131r. Yeni \u00e7\u0131raklar dualarla, t\u00f6renlerle mesle\u011fe al\u0131n\u0131r. Helal kazan\u00e7, kul hakk\u0131, yalan s\u00f6ylememe, hile yapmama gibi ilkeler, sistemin temel ta\u015flar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrk milletine has bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme olan Ahili\u011fin \u015fu me\u015fhur d\u00fcsturu bu yap\u0131n\u0131n n\u00fcvesini \u00f6zetler:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elini a\u00e7\u0131k tut, sofran\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k tut, kap\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k tut; g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc ba\u011fl\u0131 tut, belini ba\u011fl\u0131 tut, dilini ba\u011fl\u0131 tut. Bir yanda rekabet vard\u0131 ama bu rekabet merhametle s\u0131n\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Hileli mal satmak yaln\u0131zca esnaf locas\u0131nda at\u0131lma sebebi de\u011fil, toplumdan d\u0131\u015flanma sebebiydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kad\u0131nlar da bu sistemin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u0131rak\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f, \u201cBac\u0131yan-\u0131 Rum\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctlenerek hem \u00fcretim hem e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda aktif olmu\u015flard\u0131. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle Ahilik, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekonomik hayattaki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da tan\u0131m\u0131\u015f ender geleneklerden. K\u0131sacas\u0131, sivil \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler i\u00e7inde d\u00fcnyada ilk kad\u0131n haklar\u0131 hareketi Ahilik sistemi ile do\u011fmu\u015ftur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bug\u00fcn K\u0131r\u015fehir merkez olmak \u00fczere T\u00fcrkiye genelinde her y\u0131l kutlanan \u201cAhilik Haftas\u0131\u201d, bu kadim gelene\u011fin izlerini ya\u015fatma \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131n bir ifadesidir. Ancak itiraf etmek gerekir ki, Ahilik sadece anmakla de\u011fil, anlamakla ya\u015fat\u0131labilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Modern d\u00fcnyada i\u015fletmelerin, \u015firketlerin, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck esnaf\u0131n ve hatta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n bile en \u00e7ok ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu \u015fey; G\u00fcven, Ahlak, D\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fck ve Dayan\u0131\u015fma\u2019d\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130\u015fte Ahilik, tam da bu eksikliklere cevap olabilecek bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel mirast\u0131r. Onu yeniden hat\u0131rlamak, sadece esnaf\u0131 de\u011fil, toplumu da yeniden in\u015fa etmektir. Valilikte g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde Ba\u015fbakanlar Mesut Y\u0131lmaz, Ahmet Davuto\u011flu, Binali Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m, Cumhurba\u015fkanlar\u0131 Turgut \u00d6zal, S\u00fcleyman Demirel,\u00a0 Abdullah G\u00fcl ve Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan \u015eed ku\u015fanm\u0131\u015f Ahi\u011fin uhrevi ve d\u00fcnyevi bir kurtulu\u015f re\u00e7etesi oldu\u011funu kabullenmi\u015flerdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde Ahilikle ilgili d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimi ve onun filizlenmesini sa\u011flayan b\u00fcy\u00fcklerimizi yazmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131m. Bu y\u0131l 38.\u2019si d\u00fcn ba\u015flayan ve 28 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019e kadar devam edecek Ahilik etkinliklerinin hay\u0131rlara vesile olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum.
